Policy & Warranty Applicability Products purchased from Unbottle.com Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and failure to perform as intended. Covers any Damages to the product incurred under normal use during the lifetime of the product from drops and daily use.
Exclusions Products not purchased from Unbottle.com must be returned to the original place of purchase with the proof of purchase. Damages to the product incurred under normal use during the lifetime of the product from drops and daily use. The lifetime of the product for products from the day ordered to the day the product is phased out of production. A replacement product is eligible for the same lifetime and same model.
Remedy Replacement at no charge, exchange the product with a product that is of equal value or refund the purchase price of the product. Replacement of the product with a product that is of equal value. The replacement product is only covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the time of replacement and is not subject to the two year warranty. For issues that fall under the scope of the policy, Unbottle will provide replacements to the customer at free of cost or at a discounted rate of 50% of original product price.
